CANCELLATION POLICY

At Uncommon Esthetics, each appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment to rebook future appointments. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances. Emergencies happen—please communicate as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
